Unprofessionalism at its best. The scheduling department does not bother to verify insurance information prior to scheduling. They do not inform you of any discrepancies until one day before your appointment, but they will gladly collect the $100 self-pay fees to "allow you" to keep your scheduled appointment. We only tried to get an appointment here because it was a hospital referral. We had to wait a month after the hospital discharge to get an appointment. If negative rating was available I would give that. Worst bedside manner, saw my father in the ED at Parrish then came to the ICU waiting area to speak to my mother and I, he gave the absolute worst explanation of what was happening- my 5 year old niece is more articulate. He stood over us and spoke down over top of us and the 3-4 questions we asked were clearly a bother to him and he tried to walk away at least 3 times. Stay away! If I could give him 0 stars, I would. I went in on referral from my GP for a specific concern, at her request, and I was dismissed pretty readily. Hemaidan came in, didn't ask me about the concern, made broad sweeping assumptions about my lifestyle and health without so much as asking me about said, and gave me a condescending canned speech that sounded like he tells it to everyone who sees him with "acid reflux" in their chart. Waited for over an hour!! Was told by front desk "I had not signed in". When I showed her on the list where I was she said she "forgot to check me in when she removed my sticker". I never got to see the dr but if his staffs lack of competency is a reflection of his then I'm glad I dodged that bullet!!! If you value your time go elsewhere and find a dr with a real office!!! If negative stars were an option this office would have recieved them for sure.

Office staff was friendly and efficient. Nursing staff was superb, and made me feel at ease discussing my situation. Dr. Hemaidan was knowledgeable, and explained things in an easy to understand manner. Follow up visit was made quickly, and results were conveyed along with future recommendations. All in all a good experience.
