The consuler Was very kind and professional but this prompt i was sent via text asked me to review the booking experience ,so that's what I'll be reviewing and focusing on. I unfortunately wasn't able to have a visit with her as she was no longer in network for my insurance. she offered to fix Or help me Schedule with another a counselor in network with my insurance which I declined under the false memory that I may have scheduled this appointment myself thinking that if I call I could avoid the situation. The booking experience has been updated and I hate change so I don't like it. Ms. Gaskin is a lovely therapist and has helped me so much! She has provided me with so much insight and made me feel seen and heard. There's no judgement, she made me feel confidant in talking with her from the first visit! That's not an easy thing. I've come a long way and made so much progress and growth and while its a journey I'll be on for a long time I'm glad she has been here to guide me. I would recommend her for sure!!

Simply put, I love her, lol. She’s just a great therapist. I’ve been with her for about a year now and I’ve made a lot of progress. I always look forward to our sessions.
