I was referred to Dr Karambelkar - Interventional Pulmonologist following an abnormal result from a lung cancer screening I had through my PCP. Following a consult with her, she scheduled and performed a lung biopsy on me. Despite a concerning diagnosis and my significant level of fear, Dr K put me at ease, making my overall experience not only bearable, but actually pleasant.
