We had an emergency boiler issue the day before New Year’s Eve when getting home from being gone for a week. We contacted Amtech at 4:00 PM, Arik responded quickly, got to our apartment in the exact time he stated (within and hour and a half) and resolved our challenge in less than an hour. We appreciate the fast response and assistance, especially during the holiday season and after hours. Thank you!
We had a wonderful experience! Arik took the time to explain our heating issues and was quick to troubleshoot and correct the situation. Although it was late at night, he was happy to assist us when we needed him the most. 10 stars would be an appropriate rating!
Arik and his crew are our go-to for all of our HVAC needs. Always quick, responsive, courteous and makes sure that our equipment is always in perfect working order. Had no heat today and they were here within an hour of our call. It’s great to know that service vendors of such caliber still exists. Highly recommend!
