Dr Kirby is a kind caring physician. She will take the time to answer all your questions and concerns. I never feel rushed on an appointment, her staff is very friendly and concerned about your needs also!
I found Dr. Kirby to be very compassionate. She answered all my questions & concerns. I feel very comfortable with her.
Doctor Kirby is an excellent doctor for breast surgery. When doing surgery on me, she had a lot to deal with. My health is not very good to begin with. I have to wear oxygen 24/7 and she was very understanding and worked with other doctors. Everything worked out well thanks to Doctor Kirby.
Dr. Kirby is outstanding, and I would highly recommend her, if you can get past the office staff, which on occasion has been snotty, rude, and close to useless. I was scheduled for surgery to install a port for my chemo. I received a phone call the day before to verify my restrictions (no eating, etc.). I arrived for my appointment, and found that I was also supposed to make transportation arrangements and make a $250 copay payment. Thank heaven I had (barely) enough on my debit card.
