There’s no other words to describe the service provided by Amy and her staff. When I say I won’t ever even look into another mortgage lender I mean that. She took one of the most stressful situations of my life and made it as easy as can be and without hesitation was there to answer any questions or concerns. I wouldn’t just recommend her I would put my own name on the line to promote her. We are beyond thankful for her.

Amy,Was always on top of everything that was going on in the process. Kept me informed and the process was very simple. She was a pleasure to do business with. She was always prompt in answering my phone calls and my questions. She has excellent communication skills along with a great personality.She also has integrity and is true to her word. Real integrity is rare in today's culture. To me that is the most important factor in doing business. I would recommend Amy to my friends and family.

Amy was in constant communication with me from the moment she received my loan application. She was highly knowledgeable, answered all my questions and informed me of situations whenever they occurred. Amy asked what I was looking for in our initial conversation. She made sure my request was included in my closing (I don't think it was an easy thing to do as she had to speak with her manager several times). I highly recommend Amy Moeller! You will be pleased if you choose to work with her!

Amy contacted us after our original application had been denied. We had been trying to refinance for last couple years due to being on fixed incomes. After she reviewed our application and re-worked the way the loan was structured we were able to finally get the VA loan we needed. When I received a call from NCL, I was reluctant to give out any information, but then I was turned over toAmy and she really won me over. She is very bright and knows her way around her area of expertise. After asking me some questions, she laid out the options and expressed her vision on the best way to go.
