Dr. Shah (and the Capital Digestive Care team) are top notch. Dr. Shah takes time to discuss procedures thoroughly and address any concerns or questions. Scheduling (for a medical practice) is EASY, and the information that the CDC team provide prior to procedures to very clear and comprehensive. They also really go the extra mile to ensure patients are cared for - I was scheduled to have a procedure at CDC's DC center. Just did my colonscopy with Dr. Shah. The experience with Capital Digestive Care and with Dr. Shah was exceptional. Obviously the prep is no fun but, once you're at the center for the procedure, you're in the best hands.
Dr. Amy Shah is a thorough and caring gastroenterologist. I highly recommend her. The front office team Is also terrific.
I had always love getting my colonoscopy done.. whatever other people say, my experience with capital digestive is always awesome except for making the appointment. They are booked so far in advance that you wait months before you can get in… but once your in … everything goes out smoothly. (No pun intended 🤣) love my anesthesiologist and Dr. Shah and Dr. Cohen were phenomenal with what they do. They make sure you feel at ease before and after procedure. You know I’m coming back whenever you tell me to. Great great service.
It was a delight to see Dr. Shah again. She had a thorough knowledge of my medical background and listened to all my questions. She explained everything about the procedure very clearly. I was very pleased with my experience.
