They are not cleaning everything every week like they are supposed to. I believe sweeping is limited to touch up areas and not the whole carpet. They are not cleaning the toilet bowls, and I don't know when the last time they did a monthly cleaning. Monthly cleanings take longer than 40 to 60 minutes

They show up each time and actually clean. This is the first company I haven't had any complaint about from co-workers. Everything they said they would do, they do. I am very happy with this company.
