I have been pleased with my experiences here, both before and after the change in ownership. The staff I have interacted with have been respectful and helpful to me. I appreciate that they have temperature controlled storage available, so I know my belongings aren't roasting at 110 degrees during our hot summers. Thumbs up from me.
We liked having this storage unit because it was close and convenient and it was climate controlled. We moved out because of price increases. Would move back if price was lower. Also had a minor glitch in them charging us for the next month, but they immediately fixed it without issues.
Prior to Anatolia being purchased by a big corp I loved this storage facility. I had just bought all brand new furniture and had to consolidate so I found this place and loved it. As soon as they sold to this new company changes started happening. Noticed more bugs, and they required us to get storage insurance which was no big deal. I wonder if they did that to protect themselves from the mouse infestion that they had!?
