I’ve had storage at this facility for quite awhile and it has been nothing short of amazing. I have never experienced any problems. I worked with Madison in the office today and she was fantastic. Luke was AMAZING! Answered my questions, was very knowledgeable and kind. I thought there was a charge that should not have been debited from my account but he let me know it was insurance that is required for their protection and the. Customers. Will definitely return to rent space from them in the future!
Awful and unprofessional customer service, facilities are not cleaned regularly and when we got there a few of the indoor storage units had been vandalized (ripped / dented roll doors and not coned or taped off). I’m so happy we cancelled our contract and was even GLAD to pay more at another storage facility. They really need to stress the importance of customer service to their office staff, it took almost an hour to get a lock when we first got there and on our next visit the front desk lady said she’d “catch us outside” d... read more
