I have worked with Anchor loans for many years With over 150 loans ! They have always been good, but I have been in a position to watch them grow and get better and better over the years and would describe them as excellent. We have been on time with every closing, and several have had very tight turn arounds. The draw process is now so dialled in where we use an app for our own inspections and funds are usually in our account the same day, which really helps cash flow.
