I stored here for over two years and everything in my storage was still in great shape. The office has always been more than accommodating. Easy for a moving truck to pull in and out of as well!
Managers knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. Would definitely rent space there again when needed.
I was looking for a small parking space to place a utility trailer near Carmella Ranch. I contacted Anchor Storage through their call center who reserved my space and I was able to complete the agreement online. I had a bit of delay meeting the representative at the gate but everyone was really nice and helpful. Most importantly the facility appears clean, secured and well managed. Happy to be here.
The staff was great but I had to exit because of mice. Response was we are in the desert there are mice. I found units without mice
You made my due date on the first of each month… my rent and utilities are all due on this day … not happy at all about it! I think it’s a ploy to drive up late fees … If it’s a choice between my rent and storage you lose … my rent and utilities are more important… It makes me mad about changing dates … Its hard for me to choose which late fee to pay !
