This place is amazing! I honestly wish i would of found this place sooner.. Not only for me but my baby too!! While pregnant so many detox places and treatment centers turned me down.. but not here. They rushed to get me in and stable on my doses.. Thanks again!!
I love working here! I have heard horror stories from the past, but honestly, no treatment center can be perfect. However, since I have been here, our clinic has done nothing but try and rectify previous mistakes. Of course, not everyone likes change, but accountability is the key component of our program. I started working at Anchorage Treatment solutions a little over a year ago. The clinic has doubled in size since then and there have been some growing pains. Overall, it is the best place to work. The staff is very professional and the clients are treated with dignity and respect. I love my job and I am concerned about everyone who walks through our doors. If you need help with addiction, this is the place to come.
The staffing was a joke when I was there over a year, was forced to switch councilors 3 times. they do treat you like a human but it is for profit so pay your bill and be responsible enough to realize what they are doing to there body. Dont make your addiction worse by going to the clinic for the wrong reasons and having them take you up to a crazy dose it's not worth it. Find a comfortable dose that works for you and do it right and this place could be your answer.
I suggest you do thorough research before you admit yourself to this clinic. Talk with patients who are in program for a long time and then make the decision. Methadone treatment / program works but new director Laurie is running it like it is a Wall Street. There in no compassion in her work and she does not know how to work with patients in recovery from addiction.
