One of the BEST Generac companies I’ve dealt with recently. First met Anderson Power Svs. at the home show at the Broward County Convention Center. I decided to move forward with the process for the generator after speaking with Jennifer at the home show. I have hired Anderson Power Services twice and both times I have had a great experience. They arrive on schedule, and on time. The technician is pleasant and answers all my silly concerns and Kiki is pleasant and great to engage with on the phone.
Overall experience went well. Communication was a bit inconsistent and getting rained on pushed back my install date instead of to next day to the next “weather day” which apparently is preplanned. That aside I am happy with the install and new generator!
Good overall experience, especially the team that installed the unit. Communication from the time of contract to installation was non existent. Signed contract in October and it was installed in February. I understand the permitting and scheduling issues with companies, but I had to call them to get updates when I hadn’t heard from them in weeks. Anderson Power Svs (which acquired RCB Electric who serves the greater Palm Beach Cty area) is simply exceptional. I spent one year dealing with different standby generator subcontractors who gave me the runaround about permitting, generator backorders, and subcontractors and suppliers for digging, installation and propane tanks.
