Good overall experience, especially the team that installed the unit. Communication from the time of contract to installation was non existent. Signed contract in October and it was installed in February. I understand the permitting and scheduling issues with companies, but I had to call them to get updates when I hadn’t heard from them in weeks. This company is the best especially for Veterans, Kiki was really helpful and patient thru this process, plus she has a wonderful personality. I would recommend thdm every time, plus James was polite patient when my husband and I didn’t understand.
Guys did a tremendous job installing my whole home generator. Cleaned up the area afterwards like they were never there. Can’t recommend James and the crew enough.
Anderson Power Svs (which acquired RCB Electric who serves the greater Palm Beach Cty area) is simply exceptional. I spent one year dealing with different standby generator subcontractors who gave me the runaround about permitting, generator backorders, and subcontractors and suppliers for digging, installation and propane tanks.
