Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures? Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care Does this provider remember you by name? Was this veterinarian gentle when caring for your pet? Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick? They were incredible. Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
