Dr. Graham did and perform a surgery on my back head. Dr. Graham's professionalism and expertise were evident throughout my entire experience. He took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and treatment options, addressing all my concerns with patience and clarity. The level of care I received exceeded my expectations, and I left the clinic feeling confident in the path forward.
Dr Graham was an exceptional doctor who did surgery on me. Very attentive to my concerns, answered my questions, very friendly and great bedside manners. His office staff were all very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr Graham.
I came in thru emergency and he worked me in on his busy schedule. I would recommend to family and friends. He is a doctor that cares about his patients.
I chose Dr. Graham based on his great reviews. Unfortunately, i didn’t have the best experience with this surgeon. I was not informed of any after care instructions for my surgery and i didn’t know what to ask with this being my first surgery. Two weeks after my surgery i got an infection and after two days and about 10 phone calls I was finally able to have my antibiotics sent to my pharmacy. I definitely would not recommend this surgeon to anyone, especially if you’re looking for an attentive surgeon that cares about you.
I was speaking with a representative at the office and we had a very bad reception. I kept explaining to the person I was speaking with that the call was going in and out and the call finally disconnected. I tried to call back repeatedly and kept getting the voice mail. I finally left a message no one ever called me back. It was around lunch time so maybe the person went to lunch but it would have been nice for them to let me know that. He was good while he lasted. I received a call saying he was no longer with the particular office I had been going to for my surgery follow up appts. No notices of him leaving or anything!!!! Very upset and concerned .
Dr. Graham was very kind and had good bedside manner. His office was inviting enough. (I'm not particularly fond of ANY doctor's office.) He asked questions, listened to me, and explained the tests/procedures I would be given. Unfortunately, I don't think we had the ideal patient-doctor relationship due to his expertise and my individual situation. The office staff was great. The nurses were so sweet, too!
