I started therapy in order to understand best how to connect with our adopted daughter. I have continued because it has helped to uncover my own trauma. Therapy has changed my life for the better. Andrea is compassionate, patient and focused in getting to the heart of the issues. She has taught me ways to refocus my energy and my scattered brain is healing. She was very easy to talk to and had very good ideas how to go about getting me on the right path to feeling better about myself.
Very friendly , extremely helpful , She took time to actually listen to me and understand what I was saying , she helped me feel comfortable right from the very beginning , I look forward to seeing her again and know she will be able to help me the best she can.
