a DDS that’s professional and personable that has the latest dental equipment and a dedicated staff to assist … if I had a little sister, I believe she’d be as talented and gregarious !!!
Dr Oakes is rude and unprofessional.She does not want to be questioned on her procedures. She throws people out when she's asked questions. Then she files trespassing warrants with police. How somebody trespassing when they have an appointment? Her procedures have already come into question in October of 2024.
Please do not go to this dentist or ANY Aspen Dental/ Oakes Dental LLC/ Dr. Andrea Oakes DDS. Money grab company. They WILL demand ALL estimated payments upfront, this is the requirement to make an appointment. They will also ADD lots of other non authorized procedures. Half of these procedure and supplies are NOT covered by insurance. If you decide to cancel and NOT be treated by Aspen dental/ Oakes Dental LLC/ Dr. Andrea Oakes DDS. Dr. Oakes is rude and condescending. She lacks communications skills and is easily frustrated when I have a question about my treatment. She likes to use medical terminology and uses teeth numbers while explaining concerns be purposefully demeaning. She obviously doesn’t love her job and should seek a different career.
