A doctor is usually only as good as their staff. Since you have to deal with the staff more often to get things done properly. Horribly run office. Staff here is unprofessional to say the least. Manager Brandy is also totally ok with her unprofessional staff. So there is no checks on their behavior when they're being allowed to behave the way they do. I have never had to wait on hold so long to set up an appt. The receptionist, Clara, that answered on 6/21/21 put me on hold for over 15 minutes, she couldn’t find me in the system and was extremely RUDE. When she asked me what day I wanted I asked her to give me within a time range because I work. The dr didn’t even have appts open for a month, you would think she would of at least said that.
