Was a terribly long be confusing process. Andres was a good salesman and once you were on the hook he stopped communicating via phone call, text or email. Very late responses to our questions, 2 days on average. I realized things can and would change when the numbers were finalized but the fact that the closing cost went up six thousand dollars over the three months it took to close and without any type explanation from Andres only an two different automated texts that we had new documents to sign.
