Dr Bernstein is very patient and thorough. Asks many questions to understand what is going on with your health. I saw multiple doctors regarding pain in leg. He was the first to figure it out. Grateful
Dr Bernstein was attentive and kind during my first visit, however, I was running 5 minutes late for my follow up visit so I called the office to let them know I would be at most 5 minutes late, and they told me Dr. Bernstein would not see me and I would have to reschedule. This was upsetting since I was on the way and had already paid a babysitter to watch my 2.5 month old. The office staff was kind and apologetic. Dr Bernstein’s staff are the best when it comes to scheduling me with an appointment. He is one of best doctor’s that I go to. He is very informative about test results and I would recommend him and have done so to people that need a primary Doctor. He Is the best….
I am a new patient of Dr. Bernstein. I was transferring from a concierge doctor up north that I had been with for over 20 years when I changed my residence to full time in Naples. I fully expected that I would have a different experience with a non concierge doctor--expected less attention and less preventative care focus. Dr. Bernstein is professional, clear and communicative, well-prepared and knowledgeable. He is also something that many doctors are not—extremely punctual. He doesn’t read my chart as he walks into the room. He knows what’s in it from having analyzed the information the day before. As a patient of his, I fully trust him to make the right decisions and to include me in the discussion. He is wonderful.
