Great staff. Lisa captivated us with her beautiful character. Professional and caring. Dr Nielsen is very knowledgeable about human medical problems and he conducted a thoroughly and patiently assessment on both of us. Very considerate on each profile. He is a good listener and he knows what to recommend for each of us to improve our health.
I greatly appreciate Dr. Nilsen's time with me as a new, primary care, patient for him, even though I have been with the St. Als clinic for years. His patience and thoroughness were helpful for me to feel I have established a good foundation with Dr. Nilsen for future visits in person, as well as through my personal account on MyChart and via telephone calls as needed.
Dr Nilsen took the time to help us problem solve issues with service coordination with occupational medicine. He asked for someone from that department to come speak to us. I think that showed his sincere interest in my husband’s ongoing and comprehensive care. Thank you
Lisa and Dr Nilsen are always so nice and patient. They are always interested in helping us. They listen without making us feel like we are “just a number” and take the time to help us with whatever problems we are having.
I didnt have to wait to long to see Dr. Nilsen. His nurse Lisa is wonderful. They both take the time to listen and talk to me. They both are great. The front desk receptionist are great too
