The neighborhood is nice and the apartment itself is nice at glance but you can tell these were thrown together quickly. Lots of gaps in the base boards , some spots the carpet doesn’t meet the base board you can see the floor under. People dont pick up their dog poop and there is literally a dog park . First the good. The former manager, Patrick, took my issues seriously. Any time I talked to him - he was polite, professional, and respectful. Any maintenance that I needed, gets done rather quickly, within 24-48 hrs, sometime sooner. Onto the not so good. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors. The apartments themselves are built on old farmland and they did not take their time leveling the apartments, as a result, both the sidewalks and the apartments are uneven and hilly. I've only been living here a few weeks and absolutely love it. Office staff is super friendly & helpful, property is well maintained and clean, the apartment has so much storage and is really nice. I can't say enough good things. The complex is very quiet. Parking can be a pain sometimes on the weekend, but that's understandable. Love living here.

Awesome Community! They did a fantastic job with the development and layout of Andrew Reserve. It’s very quiet, modern, and clean! I never leave Google reviews but after my experience with the Manager and his professional demeanor and hospitality while showing me around left me feeling that this is how apartment communities should be from clean, new, with fantastic onsite staff, and a quality price for a quality place. Highly recommend! 100%!

My husband and I should have known from the beginning when the communication was poor, not to move here. We received calls from multiple people who would all ask if we were still interested in moving here after we would tell the previous person yes. We were then told a day to pick up the keys, so when my husband showed up, they told him they called the wrong person. I wish we didn't ignore this red flag.
