I had my 4th shoulder surgery on 2-26-24. I wanted to praise all of the ladies I had contact with from admissions, Miss Evelyn and Miss Jennifer, my pre-op nurse -Lisa and my post-op nurse Miss Kelsey. They were all very sweet, helpful, professional and knowledgeable in their respective areas. If my future shoulder replacement is done her, I hope the experience is as good as this one was. Thank you ladies, you're a blessing to your professions.
Dr. Ostrander has operated on me twice. Both times were at the surgery center. The first surgery was left knee replacement. I had pain and lots of it; however, my pain was manageable because of a pain pump, an ice machine that circulated on my knee, and pain medication. My second surgery was a torn rotator cuff and a bicep tendon tear. Again, I had a pain pump and pain medicine. I have had three complete joint replacement surgeries in the last 38 months. The best doctors work at Andrew’s.
I had a total hip replacement done. The entire staff was polite, friendly, and caring, especially Mitzi and Paige. I found the process well organized, efficient, and patient-friendly.
The total experience was well rehearsed and informative. I was very impressed by the professional and courteous care of the doctors and nurses
