The beginning of the process was very easy to initiate. Document signing over the Internet was convenient. Overall, I think the process was simple. The only negative I can think of was the length it took to get to the deposit day.

PennyMac has been our mortgage company right after we bought the house in 2017. Service has been great and have not experienced any issue with payments. Great customer service and communication, when needed, has been excellent.
