Lifestance connected me with an amazing counselor. Andy Overgard has really helped me navigate a difficult period in my life. He and I made a genuine connection that has helped me move out of my comfort zone and into territory that can only improve my life. Thankful for his understanding and guiding words of wisdom.

Patient, kind, & compassionate practitioner. He is really good with kids. My boys & I see Andy regularly & he is very easy to talk to, which is awesome because it makes the things that are difficult to talk about, less difficult to talk about. He holds us accountable & is honest about the work that needs to be done to help us grow.

Andy has done a few sessions with our nephew and he’s already shown improvement in his behavior! We are very thankful for him and the work he does. Recommend 100%

My first experience was good, but scheduling the 2nd appointment was the worst. The first 2nd appt. was canceled by him. I needed to text him directly, as we had agreed, but he never answered. I finally got the energy to book another one, video this time, but the app was lousy. Again he said he'd call, again he didn't. Looking for a therapist I can actually communicate with.

Ive had an excellent experience with Andy, he has gone above and beyond to ensure I receive the best care available. Would definitely recommend if you are in need of a counselor.
