Selected Andy’s at Cave Creek and Hatcher because of a recommendation from a friend and because their estimated cost was lower than another place I checked out. I took my car in for the work that was completed in just four days. I was pleased with the updates I received and, most importantly, with the quality of the work they did. I recommend Andy’s without reservation.
Andy's damaged my windshield in 2 places while they had my Explorer for 2 weeks to fix a superficial dent on the door and refused to take responsibility for it. I immediately noticed the two chips in driver's line of vision that were never there before and pointed it out to manager. They looked at before pictures and couldn't see anything. I thought Andy's collision center did a great job they were really good about notifying me when my truck went from one stage to the other. They did a good job of notifying me about insurance and what was going on with that. They certainly value keeping the customer informed. The work, as it appears to me, looks great. After it was all said and done I asked a question about removing the haziness on my headlights and they buffed it out there on the spot for free. It was a nice end to a pretty nice experience. Service Advisor was Demetrius. He took the time to discuss the work and answer all questions patiently. They even buffed out a small but noticeable paint blemish in another spot before I hired them. The work was done very well and within time estimated. Car looks great. I will definitely use Andy’s Collision Center if needed again.
