My car had a few dents in it from my not so great backing. Demetrius took good care of me. He’s a good representative for the company. Efficient, polite and very nice. He did a good job coordinating the repair and it looks great. I’d definitely go back. They did a couple jobs for me a few years ago and they did a good job then. That’s why I went back. And it wasn’t as expensive as I expected.
I thought Andy's collision center did a great job they were really good about notifying me when my truck went from one stage to the other. They did a good job of notifying me about insurance and what was going on with that. They certainly value keeping the customer informed. The work, as it appears to me, looks great. After it was all said and done I asked a question about removing the haziness on my headlights and they buffed it out there on the spot for free. It was a nice end to a pretty nice experience. Our 8 yr old Elantra looked brand new when we picked it up! They not only repaired the damage from the collision, but detailed it before releasing it to us. They had to order some parts, but Dimetrius kept us informed of their progress. I highly recommend Andy's Collision Center to anyone who wants the best and at reasonable prices.
I LOVE Andy’s! Demetrius and Brian are excellent at what they do - providing terrific customer service and excellent work. My car looks gorgeous. Andy’s is simply the BEST and I would recommend them to anyone. More than a cut above the rest (including the dealership.)
