I was a new patient and being a nurse myself have high standards for bed side manner. I will honestly say THIS OFFICE WAS AMAZING. From check in to triage to speaking with the doctor, I WAS HIGHLY IMPRESSED. I AM GLAD TO BE A NEW PATIENT THIS OFFICE. THANK YOU ALL FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!!

Dr. Morales has been my doctor for 5 years and when I moved I looked for other Gastroenterologist closer to me and I regretted. I now drive to see him no matter how far he is from my location. Excellent doctor!

From the moment a patient arrives, they are greeted by a respectful and friendly receptionist. And when they leave, they are also seen off with a smile and a "bye." Upon entering the consultation room, Nurse July explained the procedure and informed me that she was taking my vital signs. Dr. Morales took the time to review my medical history and explain my symptoms, guiding me on my diet and treatment plan. The nurse provided follow-up and instructions for adhering to the treatment.
