Dr. Eubanks is a very caring physician that takes the time to listen and allows you to ask questions. Not once have I ever felt like she didn’t care. I feel well taken care of and although not always the answers I get are what I want to hear but I trust 100% she has my best interest in mind and that’s her job. Love her. PERIOD.
Dr. Eubanks is an amazing and understanding physician. She has always been very diligent and most caring. She is able to make correct diagnosis due to the time she takes to probe for questions. She also makes you aware of things you may not know or realize.
Dr. Eubanks is a knowledgeable and caring physician. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and attempts to resolve them. She doesn't hesitate to refer you to a specialist if needed.
I recently switched docs after consulting with and seeing her CNP. Was told there wasn't an issue with my being trans ftm and they could give me care. Now they are refusing to fill myhrt meds I've been on for 9 years....stating they legally can't. Not at all true. I've been recieving my meds from my family dr for years now. It's discrimination pure and simple. They hung the phone up on me when I questioned them. They are obviously an office that should not be allowed to continue practicing.
She does things without your knowledge and does not inform you of the changes she has made. She also is not the kind of doctor that wants to get to the root of the problem she only wants to treat the symptoms. My cholesterol has been steadily increasing over the years now to the point where it is above 200 but not one time as she educated or suggested any solutions for it.
