This is the care I received from Angela after being with her for a year. I specifically stated I needed my medication adjusted and that I’ve been off of them cold turkey for 2 weeks. You’d think being my nurse practitioner, she would show some sort of empathy or concern. I was pushed aside when my world was crumbling. Angela Goodson laughed at me and then proceeded to terminate me from lifestance so I can’t see any other provider through them. She put me on the back burner after I just got out of the psych ward and didn’t make it an urgent matter to get me in to adjust my medication. She instead said “the hospital should’ve given you enough medication until you saw me”. Mind you, I’m distraught, crying my eyes out just pleading for help. After struggling with my mental health my whole life and trying to find a psychiatrist who understands the difficult reality of mental illness(s), i can finally say i found one. Angela is an amazing psychiatrist who actually makes you feel seen and heard. I highly recommend seeing her if you are at all unsatisfied with your current doctor. Ms. Goodson is exceptional in every regard. She is kind, caring and responsive. She is also thorough and goes over details regarding one's care. She is medically and clinically sound. Ms. Goodson takes her time with patients, answers questions and is available if there are questions after appointments. Ms. Goodson is an excellent NP.

I have been working with Angela for over a year. She has and does put in way over a 100% into my mental health. She is always availiable for me and always is there if im in serious need. Her only concern. Is helping me to have the beat life and get the most out of my life. She is caring and extreamly sensitive to my mental impairments and honestly she deserves more than 5 stars. I have the out most respect for her for all her hard work she is truely amazing.
