When I came to her office I was literally in tears from neuropathy. She listened and treated me with dignity and respect. She is extremely responsive via patient care portal messaging. She did not force me to make appointments for every minor dosage adjustment. This alone should tell you how much respect she has for you as an individual and your time.
Dr McSwain is exceptional. Every time I have seen her she gives me her undivided attention. She has helped me through some very tough struggles. She is knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend Dr.McSwain!
Dr. McSwain changed the course of my recovery. I suffered severe damage in my legs due to radiation and Chemo. She listened; studied my case and provided me with options. I am happy to say that I have progressed from being on a walker full time to using a cane only in unknown terrain. I have so much respect for a physician who listens to her patient and creates a plan around the patient's needs. I owe her the deepest gratitude.

after experiencing what appeared to be weakness in hands and unsteadiness in ambulation, I obtained an appointment with Dr McSwain who accurately questioned the experience and referred immediately to nearby ultrasound treatment. Next morning she had arranged an appointment with a vascular surgeon who found a blocked ca rotted artery and scheduled surgery next day. I owe her my life!
