Been seeing Dr. Townsend for 16 months now. She is incredibly bright and straight to the point. She makes our kid laugh every visit and gives us clear instructions on any questions we may have. After having a preemie we were nervous about selecting a doctor but we could not be happier with Dr. Townsend.
I went in for swollen cheek that my daughter had, since my regular pediatrician was not available I thought it would be best to see another in pediatrician from the beginning we waited quiet a bit , then she came in said she was all over the place and apologized the entire time the staff seemed like everything was out of control, I was told what my daughter could have when I asked for more information what it was, she then proceed to tell me that it could be deadly and was not reassuring in any way just went straight forward... read more
Let’s just say, after she was done with my baby’s two weeks check up and we left, I was already on the phone with Allen and switched her doctors... Worst experience ever. The nurse was amazing but Dr. Townsend was NOT! I’ would NOT recommend her to anyone!
She was extremely rude and unprofessional with my daughter! She was yelling at her and when I said something she didn't even apologize. We switched to another doctor and I would not recommend her to anyone. Terrible person and very unprofessional!
