I have had 3 appointments scheduled with my provider and she has cancelled them all at the last minute which leaves me days without my medication. I send message through their portal and no response. I spend too long on hold and have to break free from my patients that I see to be on hold. Problem that answer the phone are unprofessional and laugh. I would never run my clinic this way and my patients get called back the same day if they call and leave a message. Currently looking to get care elsewhere. This is ridiculous.

I'm writing this review after almost 2 years after receiving treatment from Angela. I came to her with crippling symptoms of anxiety that prohibited me from living my life. I had dropped over 20 lbs due to this. I felt like I was dying. I was a very tough case, so she actually took the time overnight to research and take the time to give me the RIGHT medication. Definitely questionable, we had our initial appointment I thought everything went well, didn’t share too much but enough for her to understand my background. A few days later I get a call for a referral to a talk therapist when I was not interested in that treatment personally and I expressed that talk therapy wasn’t beneficial for me.
