Angelina is so caring and motivational, I am grateful to have found her. I was never a big fan of talk therapy, but she has helped me change my mind about that. Talking through the many, heavy things that I have been carrying around has helped to change my frame of mind and put me on a path to a better life.
I have been seeing my therapist for almost 2 years, (minus a couple months), I see her twice a week. I would book her every single day if i could. She has ME do the work, she does not sugar coat, she doesn’t tell me what I want to hear, she has ME say what I deep down already know. My life has been saved, I am SO thankful to my therapist and my psychiatrist who both work for Lifestance.
