I have never written a review for a doctor before, but Dr. Pillar is truly incredible. She really cares about her patients and it shows. I'm so lucky I found her. She was able to accommodate me last minute and put me at ease immediately and throughout the whole appointment. Highly recommended!
Dr. Pillar went above and beyond to care for my husband. She's extremely Professional, personable and takes her time to make sure her patients understand everything and feel comfortable with her care. She put us at ease when he was having a procedure done for his cornea and was so accommodating. I can't say enough accolades about her care.
Dr. Pillar has an extensive and current knowledge about the latest procedures. My cataract/lasik surgery went very well. Dr. Pillar and her staff are personable, helpful and patient. All give thorough explanations and answer questions in lay person terms. I am thrilled with the outcome.
Product fine, service shoddy. If you want to waste your life in a waiting room waiting for 30+ min after your assigned start time, for all checkups, this is this place for you! The laser worked after 2nd try both eyes, though not perfect 20/20. Dr. Pillar is efficient and punctual. I would give her 5/5. However, her optometrist (which is 90% of visits/checkups) is reliably 40 minutes late for every appointment and says "thats normal" ro every symptom you give him.
