Beat up, overpriced, and sleazy We had bad experiences with them from day one. Our move in date was pushed back due to how destroyed the previous tenants left the place. When we moved in, they hadn’t replaced the blinds, floor boards, or doors that had been chewed on by animals. They did such a rush job getting the house ready for us that they painted over dust on the floor boards, and didn’t bother matching paint in certain spots in the house. We moved out after 6 months.
