She was very friendly and knowledgeable and her staff was as well
Dr. Cruz is great. She is so easy to visit with. Her bedside manner is so good. She has a calming voice and makes me (someone terrified of dentists) comfortable. She does this thing where, she like hides the numbing injection syrigine until she’s ready to administer it and by then, the gel has your gum numb, so no pain. Also, she’s a real artist, no it’s true, she has a bachelor’s degree in fine art in addition to her DDS (good luck finding another dentist that can say that!)
She ask but then doesnt listen, and then asks again like you did not explained well enough. Super rude person.
A few years ago, my husband went through the process of having two crowns replaced. When she applied the first crown, my husband's gums bled profusely and caused him weeks of pain. On top of that it fell off soon after. It took approx. two years to get it replaced plus we had to go to a non-participating dentist which probably cost $1,000 more. Then, the second crown was totally lost so he had to go two years without a crown. :(
