Very compassionate doctor, cares about his patients
What an amazing doctor! Dr. Loza went above and beyond with my dad to make sure he got the care needed. I am so pleased with his care. I highly recommend him, and I am very critical of doctors. The staff is excellent and very personable and helpful.
Our entire family sees Dr. Loza. Dr. Loza has excellent bed time manners and takes his time with you. He's truly a very caring doctor. Shorter wait time would be ideal.
Dr Loza is a nice guy but the issue is that he hasn't really helped with anything, He reviewed and cleared me for surgery then visited me in the hospital for 5 minutes and charged me $250. Getting an appointment is impossible and when I do get one, all he does is send me to some other specialist. My experience with Loza has been a frustrating waste of time and money and frankly, when I needed real healthcare, he wasn't able to assist in any way. Your experience may vary but this has been mine.
I never actually saw Dr. Loza, so I can't comment on his bedside manner or his expertise. The online thing I can say is that on March 19, I called to make an appointment as a new patient. I had been referred to him by friends. I was told I would have to wait until JUNE 9 (that's three months!) for an appointment. Obviously he is over-committed or understaffed or something. But it is unacceptable to have to wait 3 months for an appointment.
No follow up phone calls... Staff is not nice. Given incorrect information. Wrote prescription incorrectly. Long wait for very little time and care
