Even though our story ended with heartbreak and having to make the tough decision to euthanize our young cat, I could not be more thankful to the staff for making sure my cat had every possible opportunity. My 14 month old sweet kitty Zeus fell ill and was incredibly lethargic and lost all color to the point of white translucency in his gums, pads of his feet and toes, and even his beautiful pink nose. AEH took very good care of my Norris after he swallowed a half of a cob of corn!! 🌽😬 I registered online and waited for my turn to bring him in so they could check him out. They induced vomiting so that he would hopefully get it out himself before other measures would need to be taken. He was able to get it back up!! The staff was absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful, and loved on my pups!! So grateful that this facility is a 24 hour operation and put me at ease while I was waiting for him. Thank You AEH!!! 💜🐾💜🐾

Our 8 month old lab was hit by a car. They stabilized him and provided EXCELLENT care until we were able to get him in for surgery at MSU. Their staff is patient, thorough, and very caring and compassionate. They were amazing at providing updates at all hours, keeping us aware of next steps and even checked in after discharge to see how Zeke was doing. I’m so thankful for them!

Where to begin … my senior cat experienced urinary issues (1st illness for him ever) last week and AEH was positively amazing. The staff was calm, attentive, understanding … I can’t say enough good things about them!!! The communication chat is fabulous for keeping updated and asking questions. Unfortunately he did have to go back a couple of additional times but I knew he was well taken care of. He’s back home, fingers crossed 🤞🏻, for good this time. Thank you AEH for everything you do for our fur babies!!!

They got our sweet girls sugar back up after she had a seizure caused by her sugar being too low. So thankful for all their help to get her back to her normal sassy self! She was very well cared for while she was there & really eased my nerves to receive photos of her throughout the day from them! Awesome with updates and loved that I could text for a quick update as well!
