Our 7 month Berniedoodle needed emergency surgery. Obviously it was stressful and terrifying for my husband and I to see our little pup in such scary situation. The staff was INCREDIBLE! I received texts, phone calls and pictures throughout the entire process. They seemed to absolutely adore our Maggie and I felt 100% confident that they were taking wonderful care of her. I had a non-emergency, but couldn’t wait for my regular had an opening due to the circumstances. Dr Longcore was most professional and didn’t give me any impression that I was misusing the emergency services for our pup. She communicated fully regarding the exam she completed and had realistic recommendations for a care plan, but never underestimated or put parameters on what my choices might be for our pet. I appreciated the professionalism displayed by everyone I encountered, and heartily Thank You for your services.
