saved our dog on a weekend when all local vets were closed. was the only place we could get her into. problems were it was horribly, devastatingly expensive, and they did not send our dog home with enough pain management after her emergency surgery, so we ended up back in the middle of the night to get her pain under control. the staff was very nice and helpful and willing to work with us and talk us through our concerns and such.

We highly recommend the Animal Emergency Hospital. The staff is very caring and knowledgeable. They kept us informed on the status of our very ill family dog, even sending pictures. We are happy to say that our Callie is doing much better, thanks to the Animal Emergency Hospital. Thank you.

AEH was super helpful in getting our kitty seen. I appreciated that their intake forms were all done via text and web browser. Then they texted to let us know she was ready to be seen. They said to expect her visit to last 6-12 hours but her vet called after 4.5 hours and spent 15 minutes going over her diagnoses and then let us know she would be ready for discharge soon. The vet was kind, helpful and reassuring. We wound definitely use them again in the future.

Yesterday our Griz developed a swollen and pained paw. After no luck of being seen by his primary, we received some help from the Byron Center Animal Hospital. They allowed us to text their doctor some photos to which they referred us to the Animal Emergency Hospital Grand Rapids. The ENTIRE staff was so kind, patient and reassuring.
