Get directionsI highly recommend this Emergency Animal Hospital. I thought for sure that my senior dog, Mia, was going to have to be put down. But this place was God sent and my Princess Mia life was saved. They were so compassion & understanding of the financial situation I was going thru with it being right after the holiday. I am forever grateful for this place and everyone that works there. So all the reviews are true and accurate. I would trust my own life with this place they are that great!!!
These vets and assistants were awesome. We brought our Manx Ragdoll mixed cat that had just had kittens the day before, and wasn't acting right. We thought she may have a retained placenta or a kitten still in there. After doing testing they said there wasn't a kitten in there, but she did have an infection in her uterus. They sent us home with pain relievers and antibiotics. Three days later Angel Bunny is doing so much better as well as her 5 kittens. Thank you all so much ❤
I found the staff very helpful. They explained the process clearly and kept me informed about my pet’s condition.
I cannot thank the staff and veterinarians enough at AEH. Our beloved delta dawn was the victim of a hit and run. She still has a long way to go to recovery but without them I don’t want to even think about what could of happened to her. Thank you everyone!!
I appreciate the staff and veterinarians. I live 1hr away and they were the only clinic open to help, I’m very grateful they were able to help my baby. The staff member I encountered was extremely kind and professional but I will say the company is extremely over priced and I wish they were more affordable. Getting your pet diagnosed and medicated shouldn’t cost over $600.
The staff is professional, compassionate, and thorough. They follow pandemic guidelines for the safety of the staff and their clients- as a retired communicable disease nurse with Ottawa County Health Department I am sensitive to prevention of communicable disease and AEH is doing it right. My sweet greyhound received excellent care and the instructions for his follow up care were thorough and easy to understand. Thank you to all the staff for working on their New Years Eve and day to take care of JW Deputy Dawg. He's doing ... read more
I have been going here for over 2 years now. They are very compassionate and knowledgeable. The environment is warm and calming. They helped me with end of life decisions with my beloved cat and they have helped numerous times now when my two dogs get into trouble. Loki just spent the last 10 hours with them and when I called for an update they told me how cute he was and that he’s such a good boy he’s hanging out in the lobby with them! They truly love animals and I do not worry at all when I have to leave my pet children ... read more
On Christmas morning our almost 13 year old Labrador took a turn for the worst and we brought him in. Ultimately and unfortunately, we had to put him to sleep forever. We are SO thankful for the staff working the holiday and the care they gave Maverick and our family. The doctor explained the process to my family, kneeled down to eye level with my children and was tearful with us as we said our last goodbyes. The hospital was very busy that day but they never rushed us. The empathy, sympathy and overall care was beyond anyth... read more
We were thrilled with the Animal Emergency Hospital. They took great care of our dog, who got sick after eating too much sand on Christmas Eve. They were much faster than we expected, identified the problem quickly, and had her feeling better in no time. We're so grateful!
