RecommendedIt’s been 7 months. Our kitty got really sick out of the blue. She couldn’t walk, wouldn’t eat or barely drink. We were concerned she was dehydrated and took her in. We knew it was going to be expensive, but animals are part of your family and you’d do anything for them. Dr Bascewski and staff were wonderful. She was very straight up and honest. Very friendly and concerned about our emergency. Took great care of our dog in a timely manner. They were packed at 9:00pm at night, but knew we had an emergency poisoning and took him right in.

They saved our kitten's life. Any time we called we were provided updates. They were up front with us about the costs. The service and care were excellent. We would receive text updates with pictures even which impressed me. This staff genuinely cares about animals. We were very pleased with the staff and the doctors.

Our dog wasn’t acting like herself and we couldn’t get her into a local vet. So we could get her in at the AEH on Plainfield. She was diagnosed with pancreatitis. She had to spend the night. The staff was so kind get time I called to check on her. They sent me texts with pictures of her. This made it easier to pass the 24+ hours our baby was in their care. Awesome staff and they keep you well informed about your pets health.

I cannot say enough great things about the entire staff here! Excellent service and customer care, for the animals and their parents. I was kept in the loop about everything, felt extreme patience on their end when I asked a million questions, and I was so happy with their care and communication. My dog, Benny, wouldn't go in a crate, they make him so anxious he hurts himself.
