They took amazing care of Whiskey after a tragic car accident, when we got there we were immediately seen and after a waiting they provided us with information for the next steps. Whiskey had to stay the night and they were able to text pictures. They continue to answer my questions after discharge and I do not feel like a burden! Though I never want to be back there again(as it was very emotional day) I highly recommend and they took wonderful care of our fur baby. Whiskey is settling into our home and wants the stitches ou... read more

What a great experience! They made sure to be in contact with us throughout the process, but also was very good with estimated times! They enjoyed our well behaved shepherd, but we really enjoyed the way they took care of our girl!

They were compassionate and professional with us during a stressful situation. I’m glad that they were there for, took good care of and got my dog back home to us. The third pic was added just 3 days after his surgical procedure to repair the damage to his ear from a dog bit. The last pic is today 11/1/21. I’m so amazed at how good its looking and how much better he is. Thank you all ❤️

I have to recommend because we don’t have other options for emergency pet care in our area. They were great at saving our pup from shock as he had a traumatic event. However, getting him transferred to his regular vet the next am was way more difficult than it should have been. It also seemed like once they knew we intended on getting him moved as soon as he was stable enough they piled every possible charge on they could. And you have no recourse because you can’t see your animal to know what they’re doing. Of course, it’s ... read more

We brought our 2 yr old Great Dane here at 3 in the morning. This team was so helpful and courteous. Kept us updated as to how he was. Thankfully our guy has a pulled/strained muscle and nothing too serious.

AEH treated our cat for a respiratory situation and the staff was exemplary. Excellent communication during the evaluative process to determine treatment, and excellent care during our cat's overnight stay. Concise and complete discharge information along with medication and instructions were given before we picked her up. Thank you, AEH staff and vets! You are A+ all the way. The downside to the visit was simply that Covid rules are still being widely observed. They did not ask or make me wear a mask, but I had to drop off... read more

Our cat had an abscess on her back. The regular vet didn’t have an open appointment for over 3 weeks. She was becoming lethargic and couldn’t wait that long. This was our first experience with the emergency hospital. The person I spoke with on the phone was pleasant and gave clear directions for online registration which was fairly easy. The waiting was the worst part, but I finally got the go-ahead at 5pm. The intake was not hard - again, the contact person was very easy to work with and gentle with our beastie. I left her ... read more

Very thorough! My kitty was feeling better within 12 hrs. I can’t always get into my regular vet right away. I’m so happy the AEH is there whenever I need them!
