RecommendedI have been so impressed with the staff and how well they are handling the stress of a busy day. Everything is organized and streamlined to get pets seen as soon as possible. I think I asked a hundred questions (sometimes twice) and was treated with patience and grace. We have visited in the past with our cats and there was no hesitation when I needed to take our dog today.

I can not thank the staff here enough for how informative they were through every step of the way. Everyone I had spoken with was extremely caring,calm,and friendly. I have never received better customer service. Your staff is amazing and truly shows how much they love the animals they care for and how much they love their jobs. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking care of our cat sushi and for being patient with our many questions. Thanks to you we have our baby home and safe.

Took our Bailey on a Friday night when her bleeding wouldnt stop. The staff got back to us in a reasonable amount of time with the preliminaries and then with a prognosis. Appreciated the honesty of the vet when she told us that if it was her pet she would make the decision to let her go to the "rainbow bridge". Could have let us spend the $ and given us false promises. Very grateful for the patience and compassion given to us by allowing us to call back and answering all the questions we had in helping us reach that pain... read more

unfortunately there was nothing they could medically do to give our lil guy back his quality of life but they kept him comfortable and we're very understanding of our grief and the hard decision we had to make to let him rest. they explained everything to is and gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. thank you again to the staff here. I can't imagine this is an easy part of their job but I'm sure the animals they are able to help and return home to those who love them makes it all worth it.
