I have two senior dogs and recently had to go there a couple times. During Covid they did a great job with check in and being thorough with history. They are very honest and pleasant to deal with. I am very pleased with the service and both my dogs are doing well after the visits.

Every person that I spoke to at this emergency vet was kind, helpful, and caring. They took such good care of my baby boy, Elton, and I couldn’t be more grateful. In the event that we have to go to an emergency vet again, we will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much! ❤️

Our dog Bruno recently fell ill. He was very lethargic and weak. He was diagnosed with Immune-mediated hemolytic anemia (IMHA). His immune system was attacking his red blood cells causing him to be critically anemic. AEH provided such thorough and attentive around the clock care! We felt at ease while he stayed there for a few days because they would frequently call and give us updates and even send photos/videos. We are so happy to have our boy back home! Thank you for providing such great care AEH staff!!

The entire staff was amazing throughout Trooper’s 3 night stay after emergency surgery for bloat. The staff were always willing to answer my calls and touch base with the incredibly talented doctors so I felt kept current on Trooper’s condition-which was life threatening.

We brought our little Maisie in on Sunday for vomiting, dehydration and lack of appetitive. The hospital was extremely busy and they had to triage their patients. While we had to wait for an exam and results, the staff kept us informed of Maisie’s condition, recommended tests, treatment and estimated costs. The staff were very kind and concerned for our cat’s health.

We have a little Chihuahua mix who adores getting into things he shouldn't get into. This time he found Xylitol gum. I am so thankful for this wonderful animal hospital who has always given us and our dog the best care possible. Even though our little Frankie isn't always the easiest patient, they have been nothing but sweet and patient with him. I love their thorough notes and understandable invoices. The little details-- he was quick to get back into his bed, or how he was always excited for chicken, let us know they were ... read more

My dog Ozzy had blanket pieces in his stomach. He was crying out in pain, not eating, vomiting and his regular vet wanted him to go to an emergency vet. I chose animal emergency hospital and could not be happier. He ended up needing surgery and stayed for 2 days. I was able to check on him whenever I wanted too. I appreciate everything that the Drs and techs did for Ozzy while he was there. I would highly recommend this place for such emergencies.

When my sweet bunny Trudy started acting strangely and refused to eat or go to the bathroom I was so panicked! My exotic vet was closed and I had no idea If AEH was able to work with small/exotic pets. I was concerned she’d be kept in the same room as dogs or cats. When I called they were so understanding and assured me they work with rabbits daily and she’d be roomed in the exotic “suite” 🤗 While the hospitalization was of course expensive, I feel that the care she received there was exceptional! I was kept up to date on t... read more
