Very comprehensive and thorough service. Kind staff and great veterinarians. Our dog required hospitalization and they were very transparent about her medical care and all costs each step of the way. The staff make themselves available anytime to call and check in on your pet since covid regulations won’t permit owners to come inside. I have had to go here more than once and each time was a positive experience (or as positive as a visit to an animal emergency hospital can be). Highly recommend.
I have nothing but great things to say about this animal hospital. My dog was having issues with her back and legs and I was extremely worried abou her. The staff was nothing but nice and professional, especially when I called a million times looking for updates. They never got annoyed and were very nice. I love that the doctor took the time to explain everything to me in a way I can understand and was very understanding of my worries and questions. My dog is now doing so much better and back to her normal self.
The Animal Emergency Hospital on Plainfield in Grand Rapids is amazing! Last night they saved my best friend Darla's life after she had an allergic reaction. Their staff is the best and the pricing is affordable.
I have never had to hospitalize a pet until yesterday. Besides being busy and my dogs needs were less urgent than others, once the vet saw him they quickly treated and he responded well! Came home in less than 24 hours more himself. Even received a refund since he didn’t need what they thought he might. Thanks for the great care!! Good COVID practices too!
My Son drove my teacup Pomeranian and I from Muskegon to Animal Emergency Hosp in G.R.on Sat. June 27, due to a neighbor Dog(Lab Mix) somehow chewing the end of my Babies foot. I had to leave her overnight. They were very helpful keeping me informed. They said they were gonna have to amputate her leg and she would be able to come home on Sun as long as all went well.
