RecommendedBrought my cat (Captain) in because he was having stroke-like mannerisms. The staff was very gentle, friendly and helpful. They gave me updates as much as possible. Captain is doing well and has a follow up appointment with his regular vet coming up. Thank you for your assistance and care during such a scary time.
My dog was spayed two weeks ago at our regular vets office and we were camping in Grand Haven when my dogs incision opened up. I was extremely nervous to use a new vet so far from home. I was very happy with the care my dog received and she was obviously well taken care of while she was there! Dr.Magolan was very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions I had! We were extremely happy with & grateful for the service we received at AEH! From the Covid safety measures to the communication throughout the day on our dogs status. They were very professional and great at estimating costs before moving forward with anything. We even ended up being pleasantly surprised that our total was less than quoted - that’s the best!

My cat had an episode this past Thursday and I needed to bring him in to the Animal Emergency Hospital. My cat and I were both treated very well. They explained everything to me clearly, told me what my next steps should be, and helped me understand everything I needed to know. I was a complete mess while he was in overnight, but they told me I could call whenever I needed to to check in and see how he was doing.
