RecommendedIt's ok that they were the only emergency vet hospital open on July 5th - they are awesome. Took great care of our pup, great communication - kept us informed every step of the way. Personable and efficient.
I did a walk-in emergency with my dog & they immediately walked me through their new COVID process after I rang the doorbell. My dog was seen within a few hours ( which is great for an emergency clinic!). Upon arrival to pick him up I had wait about a 1/2 hour. During my wait the various vet techs came out to help a multitude of clients. Three times , three different vet techs asked me if I had been helped. Very observant & customer focused. This does not happen very often!!
Because of your amazing staff, we have our spoiled Spooky back. The care she received was the best ever. There are not enough words to express our gratitude. I highly recommend Animal Emergency Hospital for your pets needs.
After having him for almost 19yrs we had to put our cat to sleep this morning, my son and I wanted to thank the staff for all their kindness and compassion. They made things a little easier to handle during this very difficult ordeal.
Amazing!! Everyone was so kind and helpful. They saved my dog Willow who had a peace of wood the size of a wood chip caught in the back of her throat. When I bought her in she was not doing well at all. Called me several times while I waited in the car to let me know what was going on. The dr everyone was so sweet. They were super busy too! Amazing crew. Highly recommend!! I quality service!! Thank you!!
They took good care of my kitty, and that's the most important thing. They also were patient and answered my questions to my satisfaction. Due to the Covid lockdown they must have been very. very busy and I am grateful that they could help my kitty and me.
Animal Emergency Hospital took great care of my dog! Everyone I spoke with was very nice and courteous, and I really appreciated how the doctor explained everything via phone (due to COVID). My dog was better within 24 hours, and that was due to their hard work.

They took exceptional care of my very sick kitty who had to stay almost 24 hrs, during COVID, so I wasn’t able to stay with him. Staff was friendly and called me with updates and next plan of care. I was worried sick he wasn’t going to make it, but they appropriately treated him. Kudos to a staff that works all day & night, during a pandemic, to help care for our fur babies.
