RecommendedThey took exceptional care of my very sick kitty who had to stay almost 24 hrs, during COVID, so I wasn’t able to stay with him. Staff was friendly and called me with updates and next plan of care. I was worried sick he wasn’t going to make it, but they appropriately treated him. Kudos to a staff that works all day & night, during a pandemic, to help care for our fur babies.
They took such good care of my dog George. Very affordable services. I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg for veterinary care at 3am.
We brought our dog here after he had a run in with a porcupine. The staff was amazing, caring and kept us informed during treatment. They took great care of our sweet boy!

Took great care of my kitty who nibbled on a poisonous plant (FYI a lily —I had no idea) I could call anytime 24/7. Had COVID rules in place. Gave me a print out of the hourly charting which included what a sweet kitty she is. Lots of TLC and expert medical care. She is back home doing great. Huge Thank You!! I’m alone and she means everything to me.
Due to COVID, it was so hard not being able to be with my dog while he was here! I’m a 20 year old college student supporting him on my own, so needless to say I was very, very stressed out. However, I was so happy with the staff and how supportive and kind they were. They called me after every exam, test, and treatment, even giving me updates on how he was doing everytime. We are so thankful for Animal Emergency Hospital on Plainfield Avenue! They took such good care of our fur baby, Gizmo, when he hurt his leg. They made him comfortable immediately and then kept us informed on his progress every step of the way. They even added a special touch by decorating his cast!
