Once there the vet examined her and came in and explained the situation thoroughly to myself and my 13-year-old daughter. She presented us with our options and waited patiently for my daughter to make her decision. I have taken four dogs here over the years (why do animals insist on getting sick at night??), and the staff has treated each one as if he/she were their own. The last patient was my blind Chihuahua with pancreatitis. She stayed overnight, and when I picked her up the next day, the staff gushed over her, saying how sweet she is. I will, of course, go to my local vet when I can, but it is comforting to know Animal Emergency Hospital is there 24/7 for times when we need their help.

All staff members were kind, attentive, and patient. They took care of our baby with wide-open hearts! The staff is very passionate
Great staff, they treated my Sweets like one of their own. Sweets is normally aggressive and hates Vet visits. She felt comfortable with their staff. They go over any costs and explain everything in detail. I came in on 1/25. The staff that night were great.

From first phone contact to being seen my little parrotlet could not have had better treatment. The front office staff are very caring and professional, as well as friendly! Medical staff and the doctor were so very supportive and took their time with me explaining avian issues and procedures. I'm so thankful for this emergency clinic and all they do for animals (and birds) in immediate need in our area. Thank you again! :)

The staff were fantastic, caring, and informative. It appeared to be busy with several animals needing care at one time. During the hustle and bustle every pet owners question were answered. Not one time did I hear can you give me a second or I will be right with you. Instead they multi tasked and addressed every task at hand in a caring professional manner. I appreciate their efforts. Diesel scared momma today because I noticed a little growth in his mouth. I took him to AEH to get it checked out and Dr.Magolan was awesome. She took great care of my boy and eased all of my worries about him. Thankfully, the growth ended up being an overgrowth of his gummies and will just need some dental work done, and wasn’t a worst case scenario situation. He made lots of friends at AEH and got this cool bandana too. So thankful for everyone at AEH and will always bring my fur babies here❤️
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They took good care of my baby boy and kept me updated on his condition and came up with good treatment plan. We were in yesterday and hes already feeling better!
