Get directionsThey were very upfront when I called about their fees so I was prepared. Every step of the way they told me what the cost of each action was and asked for approval before just doing it and shocking me at the end. My geriatric dog was not doing well and ended up needing to be put to sleep. All the staff was amazing, kind, and gentle. I would highly recommend the Animal Emergency Hospital!
The care, compassion and sensitivity of the doctors and staff dealing with our pet and us cannot be more appreciated. Communications on the status of our dog was exceptional. We feel grateful for all that was done to allow us to feel comfortable and gave us peace of mind that all was done in the care of our special little Chloe.
They were able to help me with my duck :) Most vets don't even attempt to treat ducks, so I was so happy to find someone who could help her in her time of need

They were fast and very professional. Reasonable cost too.

I have taken four dogs here over the years (why do animals insist on getting sick at night??), and the staff has treated each one as if he/she were their own. The last patient was my blind Chihuahua with pancreatitis. She stayed overnight, and when I picked her up the next day, the staff gushed over her, saying how sweet she is. I will, of course, go to my local vet when I can, but it is comforting to know Animal Emergency Hospital is there 24/7 for times when we need their help.
