They are extremely kind and compassionate. Also very professional. We had a horrible situation this past Monday morning, in the middle of the night, and they proved that they can be counted on, during a crisis.

My puppy Kiko had to have her front leg ambutated 2 days ago and they did an amazing job. She is already able to get around and is almost back to her usual happy puppy self.
